Sliced beef and tripe in chili oil is really good, the garlic and spicy taste is well balanced. The fish and mushroom boiled dumplings was subtle but nice, a nice surprise since it’s not a common filling offered in other dumpling spots. Spicy beef noodle soup can feel a little under seasoned (to me) but you can add more seasonings to it yourself. The noodles are bouncy and the beef slices are good quality. Minor nit picking, their chili oil on the table can taste a little TINY bit bitter at times. Overall a great place!

Got the house special beef noodle soup, beef xlb, chicken corn dumplings in chilli oil, and napa cabbage pork dumplings. The star of the show were the noodles. Beef was tender, soup had a lot of flavor and depth, and noodles were great be cause it absorbed the soup flavor. 9/10 The beef xlb super nice and flavorful. 8/10 The dumplings dough texture was bouncy and how they were wrapped were great. It wasn't the best filling I had in comparison to other spots but a good 7/10. Would come back again for primarily the beef noodle soup

We ordered the pig ear and the cucumber salad with chili oil sauce, and ordered boiled dumplings and some dumpling soup with seaweed. The dumpling dough is very fresh and plump, while the filling is well seasoned and juicy. This was my second visit and it’s always full of local Chinese families dining in, which is a vote of confidence for authenticity and taste. Overall, the food was simple, delicious, and comforting. The bill came out to $60 including tip, it’s a great place to visit if you are craving some dumplings with your friends/family.

This place caught my eye a while ago because of its location. I've had this on my to try list and I finally got to dine here. The wait may seem a little daunting, but their turnover rate is quick. We put our name down and waited probably 15-20 minutes for a table. You have the choice of ordering on the phone, or with the staff. We ended up ordering on the phone since we didn't see anyone come by our table. We order a few things just to get a variety. • Pig ear in chilli oil - a slight kick, but a nice crunch and flavor • Pickled cabbage beef soup - the meat was extremely tender, the noodles were nice and bouncy. My only gripe was the portion of cabbage was super tiny • Lamb Carrot Dumplings - not my favorite. The carrots were still a little crunchy, and I didn't think it went well with the lamb • Pork shrimp chive egg dumpling - probably my favorite dish of the meal. The filling was delicious • Napa cabbage pork potstickers - definitely not your typical potsticker. Seemed like they make one type of dumpling and either boil or pan fry. The taste was good, but was not what I was expecting. Overall a good meal. Service is quick and food comes out hot. Staff is friendly and helpful. If I come back, I'll definitely check out other items to try.

The service was fast and friendly, making it a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal. Highly recommend for any dumpling lover!

I found out about this gem because a coworker told me about it. I am so glad I came here after a work meeting for lunch. It was a delicious lunch. I got the spicy beef noodle soup with extra spice and beef and the beef, lamb and fish dumplings. It was out of this world. The service was friendly and super attentive highly recommend.

The restaurant is located inside a plaza and there are a lot of parking spaces. We arrived there right after 6:00pm, and there were a few people waiting inside. After I put my name on the waitlist, we were able to get our table very quickly. We ordered the Sliced Beef & Ox Tripe in Chili Oil, Cucumber Salad, Chicken & Corn Dumpling in Chili Oil, Napa Cabbage & Pork Potstickers, Pork Xiao Long Bao, and Iced Assam Milk Tea. They served the food pretty quickly and all the staff were friendly. Those dumplings were freshly made by the chef because you could see the back with an open kitchen and watch them making all the dumplings. Dumplings and Xiao Long Bao tasted pretty good except the sliced beef and ox tripe and the drink was just ok. Highly recommended for the dumplings and Xiao Long Bao :)

Dan-dan noodles were yummy (a bit too salty) with particularly strong numbing hot sauce. They were skimping on the bok choy.. we were given one piece cut in half lol AND it was overcooked/ mushy. We ordered a side of chive/ shrimp/ pork dumplings which were savory with visible chunks of shrimp meat. However, the chicken and corn dumplings were average. Next time we plan to try the soup dumplings! The staff seemed to be rushing around and was not as attentive as we liked.
